Buffalo Chicken Dip
I can admit I'm not a talented chef by any means. For those of you like me I have a simple dish that is a perfect appetizer for family or friends to munch on while watching football or just hanging out. Buffalo chicken dip is one of my favorite appetizers because its delicious and easy to make. It is thanksgiving today and our family usually does dinner around 6 or 7 so I wanted to make something to snack on while we watch football and relax while the turkey is cooking. This dip will be a hit in any crowd of people, I guarantee it! Here are the easy steps with the full recipe at the bottom... enjoy :)
Ps. I doubled the recipe but I provided the single recipe I usually use so if you want to double the recipe for a larger crowd just x2 the portions!
The ingredients! Full Recipe keep scrolling...
Shred the breast (only white meat) of the chicken. Easy to pull apart with two forks.
Mix the chicken, cream cheese buffalo sauce, and ranch until completely mixed!
Make sure is mixed together well. You can also add some cheese in the mix... which I like to do.
Stir in a large pot over medium heat.
Pour the contents of the pot into a baking pan (I usually use glass).
Add a layer of cheese on top... I did two cups.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees f for 10 minutes.
I prefer to serve buffalo chicken dip with Tostitos scoops.
2 Cups of cooked chicken
8 oz of cream cheese
1 cup of Monterrey jack and cheddar cheese mixed in
1 cup of cheese on top
1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
1/2 cup of ranch
*Serve with tortilla scoop chips*
** to make spicier add hot sauce**
